If you are unhappy with an item, we allow for online store credit up to 30 days after purchase. We DO NOT take returns on custom orders. We do go out of our way to make customers happy, and if a customized order is done in error on our part – we will fix it. We do NOT reprint on approved errors.

Shipping is based on item weight and priority USPS shipping rates. If you have ordered a bulk item, your order may require further shipping. You will be notified.
